Extend or End your Project Fieldwork
Step-by-step instructions for adjusting your fieldwork.
Extend Fieldwork
The Project Owner of your project can extend the fieldwork end dates on each target group in your project.

Go to Manage Projects.

Click the
...(ellipsis) icon on your project card. -
Select 'Extend fieldwork'.

Choose your new end date.
Important:
- If your project uses Scheduled tasking, you will need to ensure any task end dates are updated too.
- Ensure to review the task list of each target group you have extended.
- Extending fieldwork for a target group, automatically extends fieldwork for all participants in that group.
Note: If the 'Extend fieldwork' option is greyed out, it means you have reached the maximum duration of fieldwork allowed by your contract. Please contact concierge@indeemo.com for assistance.
End Fieldwork
Once fieldwork ends:
- Respondents can no longer submit new uploads.
- They can reply to your comments on existing uploads for 7 days after fieldwork ends.
Your Project will automatically end on the date and time you have assigned to each Target Group. You can End your fieldwork early for some, or all, Target Groups.

Choose your target groups and select 'End fieldwork'.
