This guide provides a complete, step-by-step walkthrough of building and launching your Recruit.
Before You Begin: Critical Preparations
To ensure a smooth launch, please complete these two steps in advance:

- Prepare Your Research Terms "Opt-in Consent" PDF: You cannot invite participants to a project without first uploading your research terms or consent form. Preparing this document now will prevent delays later.
- Considerations for your Indeemo Project: When creating your project, you'll need to choose the following Recruitment method: Recruit via Indeemo's Panel
