Journey Map & Experience Graph

Understanding your participants' journeys

These features are available when the Ratings feature has been enabled on your project, allowing you to visualize and analyze the highs and lows of the respondent experience.

Use the Project filters to go to the relevant parts of your data.

Journey Map (Individual View)

The Journey Map is created for each individual respondent and visually represents their moment-by-moment experience with respect to the project.

  • Each node on the graph represents an individual moment or experience.

  • The rating quantifies their feeling based on the 5-point scale defined for your project.

Configuring and Downloading Journey Maps

  1. Click on 'Configure Journey Map' on the top right of the map.

  2. Uncheck the 'Tags' and 'Notes' options if you want a clean version for presentation, and click 'Save'.

  3. Click the 'Download' button. You can choose a Single image file (best for embedding) or Multiple image files (.zip file) (best for high-resolution printing).

Experience Graph (Aggregate View)

The Experience Graph shows the average, aggregate, or collective view of all respondents' experiences at a Target Group level. This helps you identify overall high and low points across a segment of your audience.

  • Downloading: Experience Graphs are not included in the Bulk Export. You must download them manually by clicking the 'Export Image' button on the top right of each graph.

Rating Filter

The Rating filter allows you to segment your data based on the ratings assigned by respondents. You can use this filter in any view on the dashboard to see which uploads have been applied with a selected rating.
