Managing Participant Status and Editing Details

Checking registration status, editing names and emails, and understanding notification icons.

The Respondents view allows Project Owners, Moderators, and Recruiters to track registration status and manage participant information.

  • Registration Status:

    • Once a participant registers and logs in, their status changes to the green Registered.

    • A Phone icon indicates push notifications are enabled.

    • An Envelope icon indicates push notifications are disabled, and reminders will be sent via email.

  • Editing Participant Details: You can edit the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. These edits are NOT visible to the participant, except for the First Name, which appears in reminders.

    • Hover over the name or email and click the pencil icon to edit.

    • Email Address: The email can only be edited before registration. This is useful if a participant registered with a different email or if there was a typo when you added it. If they registered with a different email, change it to the one they used and ask them to restart the app to link them to your project.

  • Search and Filter: Use the drop-down filters (Project, Target Group, Task, Respondent, Status) and click Search to quickly find participants.
