Participant Onboarding Experience

This guide outlines the participant's journey from invitation to task completion, ensuring you know what to expect and communicate.

Participant Onboarding Flow

After you invite participants to join your project:

  1. Participants complete a registration form where they create a password

  2. Then, they are automatically prompted to download the Indeemo mobile app.

  3. Lastly, they log in to the Indeemo App using their new credentials to access your project.

Using the Indeemo App for Task Completion

Participants use the app to view their tasks and upload their submissions.

The app supports photos, videos, screen recordings, all with optional captions and text-only notes.

There is no limit to the number of uploads a participant can submit for any task or project.
