Tracking Task Completion and Respondent Activity

Using the Task Completion view to monitor progress and what each participant has uploaded for each task.

The Task Completion view provides a detailed, respondent-level overview of activity, allowing you to track progress throughout the project.

  • View Access: Project Owners, Moderators, and Recruiters can access this view. Observers cannot.

  • What You See: For each participant, you will see:

    • Each task title.

    • The required response for that task.

    • What the participant actually uploaded for each task.

    • Last Reminder date and time sent by you or a colleague
    • Last upload date and time

  • Preview Task Lists: You can preview your project’s Task List(s) by clicking View Task Lists in the top right of your screen.
